We are growing, and while lean is great, we need more people, energy, innovation, and talent.We are looking for a highly organized and results-oriented Events Marketing Manager to own and execute our overall event strategy, from large industry trade shows to smaller, intimate events. This role is the strategic and operational hub of our event marketing, requiring a leader who can build a high-impact event plan and then manage the complex logistics to transform it into an innovative and exciting brand experience.What You Will Do:

  • Own the Event Strategy: Develop and own the annual event strategy and calendar, identifying the optimal mix of large trade shows, sponsored programs, and intimate Tulip-owned events to maximize brand impact and achieve lead generation goals.
  • Master Event Operations: Own all operational logistics for the event program, ensuring flawless execution through meticulous planning, budget tracking, vendor negotiation, shipping coordination, and on-site management.
  • Drive Trade Show Success: Drive our trade show success by developing creative and exciting booth experiences and targeted activations. You'll be challenged to think innovatively to make our brand stand out and create a memorable impression on attendees.
  • Bridge Events to Lead Generation: Take an active role in the lead lifecycle. You will analyze pre-event attendee lists to identify and segment our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and collaborate closely with the Sales team pre and post-event to ensure high-quality lead capture and effective follow-up.
  • Measure and Optimize: Track, measure, and report on event performance against key KPIs, focusing on lead generation, pipeline influence, and ROI to continuously refine the event strategy.

What You Bring:

  • 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B event management, with a strong emphasis on managing logistics for mid-to-large scale trade shows.
  • Experience in or marketing to the retail industry is an asset. 
  • Demonstrated excellence in event operations, budget management, and logistics; you are a planner who leaves no detail to chance.
  • A proven ability to work cross-functionally, especially with Sales and Marketing Operations, to turn event activity into tangible business results.
  • A resourceful and creative mindset, with a talent for creating exciting and innovative brand experiences while working smartly within a budget.
  • Confidence and autonomy to own the event function, from high-level strategy to getting your hands dirty with on-the-ground execution.
