******Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.****** We are seeking a Leasing Coordinator to join our northeast regional team. The right candidate will be a team player who is well organized with excellent follow-up and oral and written communication skills with a proactive mindset. Familiarity with commercial retail lease agreements and/or paralegal experience a plus.
Responsibilities will include:
- Screening deals submitted before Regional VP review/approval, including following up on rejected deals to ensure timely action
- Following up on open approvals to ensure timely action
- Validating all opportunities before execution, including following up on open items to ensure timely action
- Manage Quarter End (QE) worksheet and Estimated Lease Execution Dates in Salesforce to ensure efficient and timely deal flow and up-to-date estimates
- Schedule and coordinate bi-weekly Deal Calls
- Backup Leasing Assistant or other Sub-Regional Leasing Coordinators when needed
- Schedule budget meetings and prepare budget worksheets for each first and second round meeting
- Validate final budget submissions after second round meetings and presentation to Regional President
- Schedule and prepare materials for monthly Vacancy Action Plan meetings with each Director/Assistant Team and distribute action items
- Schedule monthly renewal calls with each Director/Assistant team
- Task and manage Salesforce submissions for corporate Portfolio Reviews
- Coordinate regional ICSC show registration and schedule meetings for Regional VP
- Manage Regional VP schedule and expenses
Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft experience, inclusive of Excel (Functions, Formulas, V-lookups), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint experience
- Prior experience reviewing legal documents, preferably retail leases
- 2+ years of relevant experience
The expected salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $70,000.
