Your Impact.
As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure and user support systems. Your contributions will directly influence the uptime and performance of critical business applications and hardware, helping us deliver exceptional service and value to our agency owners, carrier partners, and clients. You’ll be at the heart of our technical operations, proactively resolving issues, supporting end users, and implementing systems that drive operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities.
- System Operations & Infrastructure Management: Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot our networked systems, servers, and endpoints to ensure peak performance and minimal downtime.
- User Support & Service Delivery: Serve as the first and second line of contact for IT support, resolving hardware and software issues, and providing a high-quality support experience to all employees.
- Security & Compliance: Execute system updates, backups, and security patching in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards to protect company data and operations.
- Documentation & Process Improvement: Create and maintain technical documentation and assist in the development of support standards, while identifying opportunities to improve IT systems and services.
Your Experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, infrastructure, and systems administration.
- Proven track record supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure, including application and system servers, networking equipment, and Active Directory environments.
- Strong experience in providing responsive, customer-focused IT Help Desk support and technical troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues. Skilled in administering and supporting servers, implementing network systems, and using tools for monitoring, patch management, and centralized IT system management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT security principles, best practices, methods, and tools used to mitigate threats and secure end-user devices and data environments.
- Familiar with applying IT security best practices in networked environments and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Capable of collecting and analyzing client requirements, offering strategic recommendations and support options.
- Deep understanding of IT operations best practices, security protocols, and systems monitoring tools.
- Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal abilities, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, analytical mindset.
