About the Role


We’re looking for a data-driven, experiment-obsessed operator to own our app engagement and monetization funnel. Your mission: turn installs into active depositors, win back churned users, and systematically increase the LTV of our app audience. You’ll be the architect of high-impact in-app campaigns—push, in-app messaging, offers, and lifecycle flows—while working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams to identify friction points and eliminate them.

What You’ll Do


  • Own the in-app activation funnel: Design and optimize campaigns to drive first deposit, repeat deposits, and higher transaction values.
  • Lifecycle strategy: Build tailored messaging sequences (push, in-app, email) for onboarding, re-engagement, and win-back, using behavioral and transactional triggers.
  • Segmentation & personalization: Define audience cohorts based on churn risk, activity patterns, and product usage to deliver relevant, high-impact messages.
  • Experimentation: Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on creative, timing, and offers to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Churn diagnostics: Partner with data to identify top drivers of churn and drop-off in the user journey; design interventions to reverse them.
  • Offer & promotion design: Collaborate with product and compliance to structure incentives that drive deposits without eroding margins.
  • Measurement: Build dashboards and reporting to track campaign impact on deposits, ARPU, retention, and LTV.
