Technical Support Analyst

As a Technical Support Analyst, you’ll be the first line of support for SafeRide employees across the country, helping them resolve IT issues and stay connected to the systems they need to serve our members. You’ll provide excellent help desk support while learning core IT infrastructure processes in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This is an entry-level, onsite role in our San Antonio office with room to grow as part of our expanding IT Infrastructure team.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Tier 1 technical support via ticketing system, phone, or in person for issues related to desktop software, hardware, networking, and peripherals
  • Support and maintain user workstations (Windows and Apple), mobile devices, and applications
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up accounts, devices, and access
  • Monitor, log, and track help desk tickets, escalating as needed and setting clear expectations for resolution
  • Contribute to IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting job aids
  • Communicate proactively with teammates and leadership about service interruptions or issues
  • Participate in the after-hours/on-call support rotation as scheduled
  • Uphold a service-oriented approach and foster respectful, collaborative working relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic to intermediate experience with both Apple and Windows operating systems
  • Basic to intermediate experience with Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be located in or able to commute to San Antonio, TX

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using a help desk ticketing system
  • Exposure to enterprise IT environments or MSPs
  • Interest in pursuing a career in IT support or infrastructure
