Role Responsibilities
- Leads complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Mentors junior analysts in advanced techniques and tools.
- Drives complex continuous improvement projects that deliver client value.
- Uses advanced process modeling techniques to identify and design improvements in business workflows, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
- Possesses advanced certifications and contributes to creating internal certification criteria.
- Leads internal training sessions, sharing expertise and best practices with colleagues.
- Leads high-level strategic discussions with key stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Enhances team collaboration by implementing best practices for communication and conflict resolution both internally and with clients.
- Cultivates a culture of openness and transparency among BA’s, encouraging feedback and iterative improvements through effective communication channels.
- Facilitates workshops and drives the communication strategy during critical project phases to maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Leads pre-sales engagements, crafting comprehensive proposals and leading client presentations.
- Strategizes sales and marketing to align business analysis services with market needs.
- Contributes to the BA value, deliverables, and timeline during bids and statements of work, ensuring that client expectations are set accurately from the beginning.
- Develops and leads mentoring programs, offering career development advice and promoting professional growth.
- Provides guidance on using tools and techniques effectively, supporting less experienced BAs in their professional development
Requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate with clients to elicit and document business and technical requirements.
- Skilled in business analysis techniques, including identifying problems, opportunities, and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Experience assessing business needs and proposing process improvements or system enhancements.
- Experience managing or coordinating projects using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to lead process re-engineering efforts.
- Skilled in team coordination and resource management.
- Experience supporting the rollout and adoption of business solutions.
- Ability to analyze business processes and generate visualizations or dashboards to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with change management principles to drive adoption.
- Ability to create training materials and conduct end-user or internal staff training.
- State experience is a required.
Where You'll Work
Moser has two offices in Indianapolis, IN, and one in Baltimore, MD. This position will require a hybrid/onsite work schedule out of our downtown Indianapolis office.
Salary
At Moser Consulting, we believe in pay transparency and fairness.
