Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst I to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in public sector technology and business analysis. The Analyst I will assist with a variety of tasks, including data collection and verification, product testing, end-user support, and documentation of procedures. The role also supports internal teams such as sales and implementation through data preparation, troubleshooting, and issue tracking.Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and organize client-provided data to support project planning, implementation, and product configuration.
- Perform data entry, validation, and corrections as needed to maintain data integrity in the system.
- Participate in system and user acceptance testing (UAT), reporting defects, and validating fixes.
- Respond to client inquiries and support tickets, providing help desk assistance and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Document standard operating procedures, training materials, and workflow processes for internal and client use.
- Support the sales and business development teams by preparing demo data, responding to RFP data needs, and assisting with product overviews.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to support smooth implementation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tasks, tickets, and client communications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
- 0-2 years of professional experience in technical support, data analysis, or administrative capacity.

- Familiarity with local government operations, workflows, or public sector projects.
- Basic understanding of data collection, validation, and correction processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document processes and assist end users.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage time effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Google Workspace also accepted.
- Familiarity with help desk tools or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
- Exposure to software testing, quality assurance, or user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
- Experience supporting internal teams (e.g., sales or customer service) through data preparation or technical documentation.
- Demonstrated interest in public service, civic tech, or digital transformation in government.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Information Systems, Geography, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience working with local government software platforms or GIS tools (e.g., Esri ArcGIS, Cityworks, Accela, or similar systems).

- Travel Requirements: May require travel to our Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, office when needed for project collaboration or client support.
- Location Preference: We prefer candidates located in the Eastern Standard Time zone (or able to work during the Eastern Standard Time zone business hours) to ensure alignment with client schedules and team collaboration.
