We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
Work Environment:
This position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse setting, which may include exposure to varying temperatures and physical activity such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
The typical work week is M-F 7:30-4:30 with occasional need for weekend work upon request.Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
