What you’ll doWe are seeking an experienced
Deal Desk Advisor / Contract Specialist
to join our Revenue Operations team, with a primary focus on supporting and enabling our APAC sales team. This role is critical in strengthening our coverage and responsiveness in the region, ensuring local sales teams receive timely, expert guidance on
complex deal structuring, contract reviews, and order booking processes.
As our APAC market grows—particularly with a rising number of high-value, strategic accounts—this role will serve as a trusted partner to the local sales team, helping navigate commercial, contractual, and operational considerations to close deals efficiently while safeguarding company interests. Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the APAC point of contact for deal desk and contract-related matters, ensuring regional nuances are addressed while maintaining global policy alignment. Support strategic accounts in the region by anticipating challenges and proposing commercially sound solutions
- Act as a key advisor on deal booking in our internal system, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy, pricing guidelines, and approval policies. Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support deal oversight and to proactively identify discrepancies, drive corrections, and ensure data integrity for downstream process.
- Review and approve sales contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance, aiming at timely turnaround without compromising on quality. Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Product team to address unique contract requirements, risk considerations and approvals.
- Facilitate in streamlining and automating the process for non-standard deal policies and approval workflow.
- Provide general assistance on common CRM(Salesforce) questions and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements:
- 4+ year’s experience working in deal desk / contract administration / sales / commercial operation or related role within a SaaS or technology company, with a proven track record of handling complex, high-value transactions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance commercial and compliance considerations.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Work in a fast-pace environment and will demand exceptional learning agility, resilience under pressure and ability to think fast & adapt to changes
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Fluent in English
- Experience in a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) is a must
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets advanced formulas (e.g. Lookup) is desireable
