Must-have Skills
- Full proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience in designing architectures and applying design patterns in Salesforce.
- Technical leadership and mentoring of junior developers.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex integration architectures.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines).
- Expertise in performance optimization (batch executions, governor limits).
- Ability to evaluate and select external technologies or tools.
- Experience in defining and implementing security and access management strategies in Salesforce (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
- Platform Developer II and/or Architect certification highly valued.
