Kickstart Your Career in Tech Sales with Freshworks!


Are you ready to launch your career in a fast-growing tech company? At Freshworks Berlin, we’re looking for ambitious, curious, and driven students to join us as Working Students - Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).


This is your chance to gain real-world experience in sales, learn from experts, and make a direct impact — with full training provided!


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Respond quickly! Follow up on incoming leads within 24 hours and keep our CRM up to date.
  • Talk to real customers: Qualify leads and set up meetings for our Account Executives (AEs).
  • Join AE calls to smoothly hand over potential clients and learn the ropes.
  • Research companies and find the right contacts using cutting-edge sales tools.
  • Learn to qualify leads using top methods like BANT and MEDDPICC – don’t worry, we’ll teach you!
  • Give feedback and collaborate with our Marketing team to improve campaigns and results.
  • Become an expert on Freshworks products and confidently explain their value.
  • Track your progress and forecast your meetings and pipeline weekly.
  • Support our team during events and help us find the right audience to invite.

Qualifications


  • You’re a university student in Berlin or nearby, and eager to build a career in sales.
  • You’re curious, determined, and never back down from a challenge.
  • You want to learn how products work and how to connect with customers.
  • You listen well, take feedback, and are excited to grow your skills.
  • You love hitting targets and celebrating success.
  • Must have business-level Fluency in the German language
