Job Description:
The IT Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing asset logistics, inventory, onboarding, and offboarding processes within the organization.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee asset management processes, including procurement, distribution, and tracking of IT equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure availability of equipment for onboarding new hires.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by setting up workstations and providing necessary IT equipment to new employees.
- Manage offboarding procedures, including the retrieval and reclamation of IT assets from departing employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT logistics needs and support organizational initiatives.
- Assist in additional responsibilities and special projects as required by the IT department.
- Other duties or special projects as assigned.
Who you are:
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with IT equipment and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site five days a week, Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in asset management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
