Responsibilities & Requirements:


  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies and architectures for complex software systems.
  • Lead the definition and implementation of automation frameworks, tools, and best practices across various projects.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to ensure testability, identify risks, and optimize testing efforts.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
  • Define and maintain quality metrics and reporting mechanisms.

Requirements:


  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, with at least 3 years in a Test Architect or similar leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, performance, security, integration, regression).
  • Extensive experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
  • Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end testing solutions for large-scale applications.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the development workflow.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
