Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing operations, content development, and project organization. This part-time role (20 hours/week) offers hands-on experience across marketing process improvement, data optimization, and campaign execution, while contributing to the execution of our Q3/Q4 marketing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and streamline marketing processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Assist in maintaining data cleanliness within CRM and marketing systems, ensuring accurate Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) targeting.
- Support LinkedIn profile and company page optimization to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Update and create sales and marketing content, including design and production of collateral.
- Provide general project management support to organize and track Q3/Q4 marketing plans and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in marketing operations, content creation, and digital optimization.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LinkedIn content management and optimization.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and data hygiene best practices.
- Project coordination or project management experience.
