Your Role at Impact:


We're looking for someone eager to grow with the team and contribute long-term to our customer growth strategy.We’re seeking a motivated, curious, and detail-oriented Marketplace Operations Intern to play a crucial role in supporting the operational cadences within our Marketplace Growth team. This role will have a focus on improving customer productivity and will offer a unique opportunity to contribute to data analysis, content creation, and process improvements.This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in project management, digital marketing, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic technology environment.This is a paid 6-month hybrid internship with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance, business needs, and interest.

What You'll Do:


  • Assist with administrative tasks and operational support of the Marketplace Growth team.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on data related to project performance, user feedback, and growth metrics.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and data flow for daily/weekly/monthly operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product and Marketing, to support customer growth initiatives. 
  • Assist with the planning and execution of customer growth projects and marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to content creation to support marketing and engagement campaigns.

What You Have:


  • Currently in the final year of a BCom or postgraduate qualification, or recently graduated in BCom or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate across teams with confidence.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); especially in Google sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Research-oriented mindset with a knack for digging into data and operational processes.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interested in creator marketing, e-commerce, influencer trends, and brand partnerships.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys both creative and analytical work.
  • Experience with ticket management systems or CRMs is advantageous.
  • Experience working with customers is advantageous.
  • Experience with email marketing is advantageous.
