The Talent Acquisition Specialist & Onboarding Coordinator serves as a key representative of Minitab’s recruitment efforts and a dedicated advocate for candidates throughout the hiring process within the assigned region. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to offer acceptance—and ensures a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for designated roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Craft targeted outreach messages aligned with recruiting strategy by job, region, and country.
- Schedule and coordinate all stages of the interview process, both virtual and on-site, including interview debriefs and travel arrangements.
- Communicate consistently with candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure a smooth and timely process.
- Draft and send offer letters, and manage all communication through candidate decision.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings using behavioral and traditional interviewing techniques.
- Recommend candidates for advancement, using structured scorecards and interview summaries in ATS.
- Maintain high-touch candidate engagement and ensure a positive experience through timely updates and direct communication.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of talent acquisition and sourcing experience.
- University degree in a business-related field, or equivalent additional years of experience.
- Interview scheduling experience required.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Experience recruiting technical roles preferred.
