Objective:
To ensure the facility remains safe, operational, compliant, and cost-effective through proactive oversight of infrastructure, systems, vendors, and compliance requirements. This role is essential in maintaining the operational backbone that enables teams to thrive in a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
What You’ll Do:
As the Facilities Manager, you will oversee all aspects of building operations and maintenance. Your role is to keep the facility running smoothly by leading preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Preserve Operational Functionality: Maintain and optimize company-leased facilities including buildings and equipment and building systems (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing), ensuring minimal downtime
- Project & Vendor Management: Oversee all repairs, refurbishments, new installations, and construction projects, while supervising vendors and contractors.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track and review operating costs relative to facilities management and implement reduction strategies. Maintain relevant records for compliance, budgeting, and safety.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with compliance, leadership, and operations to align facility support with broader business goals.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in facilities management or related field, ideally in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- College degree in facility management, engineering, or business preferred.
- CFM (Certified Facilities Manager) certification is a plus.
- Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional planning, communication, and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and execute multiple priorities.
