The MOP/DC Contracting Specialist is responsible for selling, creating, and setting up Meter Operator (MOP), Data Collector (DC), and Meter Asset Manager (MAM) contracts to businesses. The role involves identifying potential sales opportunities, liaising with customers to promote and sell contracts, and arranging Automated Meter Reading (AMR) meter installations. As well as any other AD-HOC metering issues that may occur
- Create and manage MOP, DC, and MAM contracts.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the energy sector.
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable contract solutions.
- Promote and sell MOP/DC services to businesses.
- Coordinate and arrange for AMR meter installations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting metering services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless contract implementation and service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
