About the Chief of Staff position:


As a Chief of Staff for Executive Leadership, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping to streamline operations, manage cross-functional initiatives, and drive the company’s key objectives forward. This role provides critical support to the President and other senior executives in executing organizational strategies, improving internal processes, and ensuring alignment across departments. The Chief of Staff is responsible for managing the executive’s day-to-day operations, prioritizing tasks, and driving strategic projects that require executive attention along with support on any administrative requirements.

This is an in-office position at our corporate location, Dublin, OH.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align priorities, track goals, and drive strategic initiatives that will continue to scale TEN and drive Customer retention

  • Support executive decisions where required by gathering data, conducting research, and preparing briefing materials

  • Attend leadership and/or board meetings, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-through

  • Support and monitor progress on special projects and cross-functional initiatives

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions

  • Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, expenses and meeting logistics across multiple time zones

  • Ensure forward looking executive calendar mapped out to proactively book meetings and events

  • Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and reports

Qualifications & Skills:


  • 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Experience in supporting executives in PE company or growth from acquisitions

  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365, project management tools, and collaborative platforms; intermediate to advanced Powerpoint and Excel skills are required to be successful

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and precision; Ability to proactively follow up on action items for the team

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate strategy

  • High emotional intelligence and discretion
