If you are ready to make an impact on a global scale, this is your chance.We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven, and commercially savvy Account Manager to join our fast-growing SMB Sales team.

You’ll be the key driver ensuring our new publishers around the world have a seamless onboarding journey, from the moment they’re verified to launching their very first transactions (TPV) with us. Once they are up and running, you will become their trusted advisor, managing a portfolio of SMB emerging clients, unlocking growth opportunities, and helping them get the most out of our payment solutions.You will not just manage accounts, you will have the opportunity to work with a global network of small-to-medium publishers to shape their growth stories.

You will work cross-functionally, bring ideas to life, and see your strategies directly influence revenue and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


  • Launch New Publishers - Be the first point of contact for new publishers, guiding them through setup, integration, testing, and a smooth go-live. Troubleshoot proactively and remove roadblocks so their journey starts without a hitch.
  • Manage & Grow SMB Clients - Build strong, lasting partnerships by truly understanding each client’s business model and goals. Drive engagement, boost retention, and uncover upsell opportunities with tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact.
  • Drive Portfolio Growth - Spot opportunities for feature adoption, product expansion, and cross-sell. Keep a close eye on account health, address risks early, and share market insights with internal teams to shape our product roadmap.
  • Enhance Internal Processes - Keep CRM (HubSpot) and tracking tools accurate and up-to-date. Partner with Customer Support, Tech, and Product teams to streamline operations, ensuring smooth client handoffs and seamless service. Contribute to pipeline reviews, growth discussions, and team strategy sessions.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience working in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in the payment, e-commerce of Saas Industry.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding and the customer lifecycle.
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset with top-notch communication skills.
  • Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-account environment.
  • Comfortable using CRMs like HubSpot.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
  • Familiarity with onboarding KPIs like Time-to-First TPV or Churn Rate.
  • Experience working with small businesses or publishers globally.
