Sales Enablement Manager

BuildOpsLos Angeles, California, United States | Raleigh, North Carolina, United States | Toronto, Ontario, CanadaRemote, Hybrid, Onsite

At BuildOps, we’re building a groundbreaking software solution, purpose-built to support today’s commercial contractor. From helping our customers to manage their service all the way to project management, we’re breaking the mold and building a team that invests in our mission statement. We love driven, self-motivated folks that thrive in fast-paced environments. Could you be our next hire?

As our Sales Enablement Manager you will play a key role in driving AE success, owning world-class onboarding and continuous learning programs that boost productivity and fuel our next stage of growth. You will own the execution of onboarding for Corporate and Mid-Market AEs, run continuous learning and development (L&D) initiatives post-ramp, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our reps are confident, capable, and crushing quota. This is a hands-on role for someone with a background in sales and/or enablement, who wants to build and deliver programs that drive measurable performance at a funded (unicorn!) startup that’s scaling fast.
What You’ll Own:

  • AE Onboarding: Deliver and manage onboarding for AEs, including bootcamp facilitation, product, certifications, and tech stack ramp.
  • Post-Onboarding Support: Own coaching and performance tracking for new AEs, partnering with managers to support ramp and early pipeline activity.
  • L&D: Build and deliver monthly trainings, live workshops, and reinforcement content aligned to skill gaps, product launches, or GTM strategy shifts.
  • Program Management: Track key enablement KPIs (e.g., ramp productivity, closed won/lost, certification scores). Report on program impact and iterate based on feedback.

Who You Are:

  • A minimum of 4 years of sales enablement and/or sales experience is required. Within that, at least 2–3 years should be in a high-performing upmarket AE role or in a sales enablement function supporting AEs.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills; you're confident owning a room of sellers, running trainings, and iterating on feedback.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a data-centric mindset.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple programs across segments.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Highly experienced in MEDDPIC, Command of the Message, and/or equivalent sales frameworks.
  • Experience working with tools such as: Gong, Lessonly, Seismic, Nooks, Salesforce, and Outreach.

Bonus:

  • You have both enablement and prior AE experience
  • Experience supporting GTM enablement at a Construction Tech SaaS company or working within the construction industry

Compensation:

  • $108,000 to $125,000 base salary range + annual bonus.

What we offer:

  • Generous equity grant, become an owner in our company!
  • Macbook computer provided
  • A comprehensive benefits package
  • Flexible PTO and hybrid work schedules
  • Work from home stipend
  • Hubs in Los Angeles, Toronto, and Raleigh with hybrid work schedules and lunch provided for in-office days
  • Company events like BBQs and team-building activities, both in-person and virtual
  • Fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic work environment
  • Opportunities for growth and career advancement
  • Chance to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions
  • The chance to get in on the ground floor and build something truly groundbreaking for ourselves and our amazing customers
