Summary of the role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the UK and Ireland (UKI) - a key region for M-Files’ continued growth in Europe.This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in B2B field or growth marketing who thrives on building pipeline, understands the full buyer journey, and is passionate about delivering measurable impact. You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads across all intent levels - from inbound to outbound - and for selecting and executing the right mix of activities that deliver ROI.You’ll work closely with sales, SDRs, and partners to drive pipeline through integrated campaigns, ABM, digital programs, and events - both M-Files-hosted and third-party trade shows.
You’ll also be expected to analyze campaign performance and pipeline data, identify quick wins, and make strategic decisions based on what’s working.This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work remotely and occasional travel for internal meetings, events, and customer-facing activities. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing – Europe.
What you will be doing
- Own and execute the UKI marketing plan to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
- Design and run integrated, multi-touch campaigns that generate high-quality leads across the intent spectrum (high-, low-, and no-intent)
- Partner closely with SDRs to support outbound prospecting, helping generate pipeline from no-intent leads through targeted messaging, content, and campaign flows
- Plan and manage a mix of M-Files-hosted events and industry trade shows, with a strong focus on ROI and pipeline contribution
- Drive joint marketing activities with partners, including co-branded campaigns, events, and content
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to amplify campaigns through paid and organic channels
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline sources to identify what’s working and where to optimize
- Proactively recommend and test new tactics to drive quick wins and long-term growth
- Forecast, report, and communicate marketing impact to sales and marketing leadership
- Share best practices and collaborate with peers across the European Growth Marketing team and beyond
- Manage the UKI marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
- Proven success in field marketing or growth marketing roles
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and how to generate and convert leads at all intent levels
- Experience supporting SDRs and sales teams with outbound prospecting strategies
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret pipeline data and campaign performance to guide decisions
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach - you can plan, execute, and optimize
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and PowerBI is a plus
- Native-level English fluency
