A mission-driven design-build firm serving communities across southeastern Pennsylvania, is seeking a Project Superintendent to join their team based near Willow Street, PA. This is a key field leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality construction projects with minimal disruption to clients—most of whom are mission-based organizations serving others.

What You'll Do as the Project Superintendent:


  • Oversee all on-site operations, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews
  • Manage and update project schedules to keep everything on track
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout every stage of construction
  • Enforce company safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Maintain detailed daily logs including progress reports, weather, labor hours, and jobsite activities
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to align on timelines and deliverables

Must-Haves as the Project Superintendent:


  • 7+ years of relevant construction experience in a superintendent or similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to resolve issues quickly and independently
  • Deep understanding of job costing and budget control
  • Commitment to collaboration, integrity, and high-quality outcomes

Nice-to-Haves as the Project Superintendent:


  • Experience in occupied renovations or projects with sensitive populations
  • Background in mission-driven, educational, or community-based construction environments
  • Familiarity with project management software or scheduling tools
