Sr. Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support the Global Services organization, which includes Professional Services, Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Procurement, for the combined Transact + CBORD business. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a broad range of functions that are critical to the company’s success. As part of the FP&A team, you will collaborate closely with general managers and senior leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and help drive operational performance.

This is a high-visibility position with the potential to make a meaningful impact on the organization’s growth, efficiency, and strategic direction as the FP&A team and broader company work to optimize operations and shape the future of the unified Transact + CBORD business.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner closely with business leaders across Global Services to deliver financial insights, align on strategic goals, and support high-impact decision-making.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support business planning, evaluate strategic initiatives, and conduct ad hoc analyses that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple functions, continuously refine financial assumptions with evolving business dynamics, and improve forecast accuracy by understanding business drivers and partnering with stakeholders.
  • Develop and automate dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, uncover trends, and surface actionable insights; enhance performance tracking and lead variance analysis to identify key drivers and translate into operational decisions.
  • Create and present reporting packages for senior leadership, contributing to monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear, concise narratives.
  • Dive into complex datasets to transform swaths of data into meaningful insights that drive smart business decisions.
  • Take initiative to streamline and elevate processes, ensuring scalable, reliable, and insightful financial reporting in a post-merger environment.

Requirements:


  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in FP&A, management consulting, or public and managerial accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a drive for accuracy.
  • Clear and confident communicator—able to translate data into stories.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical thinker with a high degree of precision and critical reasoning.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal direction.
  • Experience in an Enterprise SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Experience with Datarails, Microsoft Dynamics D365 or Power BI is a plus.
