What you'll do:
- Partner with the Campus President to bring our vision to life.
- Lead faculty with clear direction, coaching, and accountability.
- Keep curriculum current, tech-enabled, and aligned with industry needs.
- Hire, onboard, and develop top teaching talent.
- Foster an engaging, compliant learning environment- both in-person and online.
- Analyze trends, boost retention, and drive results.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources with precision.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree + 2 years or more in education leadership (10 years preferred).
- A track record of inspiring teams and improving student outcomes.
