Position Highlights:
- Location: Must live near our Richmond VA location for in-office training.
- Training: Comprehensive 1-week onsite training program.
- Earnings: 1st Year $40,000.00 to $80,000.00
What you’ll Do:
Sell premium luxury items at unbeatable prices, offer exceptional relationship-based service to our clients, meet performance goals, and attend all training sessions.
Training & Full-Time Schedule:
- Weeks 1: On-site training and work (10:00am-6:30pm EST, Monday thru Friday)
- Weeks 2+: This role is to work from home after successfully passing training.
- Work Schedule Options: Monday - Sunday (work up to 5 days, up to 40 hours, must include one weekend day)
- Shift start time between: 11:00am EST – 1:30pm EST
- Hours of Operation: Monday– Saturday 8:00am – 10:00pm EST and Sunday’s 9:00am-8:00pm EST. Hours extended during high peak period.
- Seasonal period: Through December 27, 2025
Compensation:
- Wages: $18.00/hour + commission
Seasonal Attendance:
- October through December
- $500 Bonus with perfect attendance
- $250 Bonus with 2 attendance issues - tardy or absences
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2+ years of relationship sales and customer service experience, able to commute to our Richmond VA office for training. Demonstrated sales proficiency, excellent phone skills, and a passion for meeting sales goals are key.
