What You’ll Do:
- 🔍 Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- 🧼 Promote our janitorial services to commercial clients (offices, schools, medical facilities, industrial sites)
- 🤝 Build and maintain strong client relationships
- 🎯 Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- 📊 Provide market insights and customer feedback to leadership
- 🤝 Coordinate with operations for smooth client onboarding
What We’re Looking For:
- ✅ Proven experience in B2B sales or service-based industries
- 💬 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 🚀 Self-starter with a hunter mentality
- 🕒 Strong time management and organizational skills
- 💻 Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
- 🧽 Knowledge of janitorial or facility services (a plus, not required)
