Join our growing janitorial company based in Philadelphia as we expand into new markets. We’re seeking ambitious, commission-based Sales Associates to help us build lasting client relationships and grow our footprint.

What You’ll Do:


  • 🔍 Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • 🧼 Promote our janitorial services to commercial clients (offices, schools, medical facilities, industrial sites)
  • 🤝 Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • 🎯 Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • 📊 Provide market insights and customer feedback to leadership
  • 🤝 Coordinate with operations for smooth client onboarding

What We’re Looking For:


  • ✅ Proven experience in B2B sales or service-based industries
  • 💬 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • 🚀 Self-starter with a hunter mentality
  • 🕒 Strong time management and organizational skills
  • 💻 Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
  • 🧽 Knowledge of janitorial or facility services (a plus, not required)
