OVERVIEW:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent & Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering a smooth and efficient recruitment process for candidates (internal and external) and hiring teams. You’ll coordinate interviews, manage communication, and ensure a first-class candidate experience from start to finish, helping to position us as the Employer of Choice. In this role, you’ll gain first-hand experience in the full lifecycle recruitment process, exposure to all business lines, and be a part of a collaborative, people-first team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Applicant Tracking System (ADP)


  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with the full life cycle recruitment process.
  • Generate reports on recruiting metrics.
  • Post and update job postings across Glenmede’s career site, job boards and internal systems.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and responses to inquiries.

Interview Coordination


  • Coordinate, schedule and send confirmation for interviews (phone, video, in-person) with hiring managers, teams, and executives.
  • Gather and collate interview feedback from interviewers. 

Early Career Recruiting


  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to manage and support hiring for our Early Career programs such as the Drexel Co-Op and summer internship programs, providing a critical pool of future talent.
  • Help organize or attend career fairs, hiring events or campus recruiting initiatives as needed.

HR Team Support


  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including organizing company-wide meetings and supporting team and firm initiatives.
  • Conduct ad-hoc reporting and assist with auditing employee data.
  • Provide backup support to Human Resources Coordinator when necessary.

Process Improvement 


  • Help improve processes by identifying bottlenecks and recommending solutions.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for recruitment workflows and processes. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Communications, Marketing  Administration or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR or coordination role (internships included).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. 
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency, particularly with calendar management and data entry.
  • Proactive self-starter with a results oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
