As the Engineering Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and expand a growing team of backend and frontend engineers.
- Manage engineering projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to shape the team’s roadmap, balancing product goals with engineering priorities.
- Lead by example, driving continuous improvement and optimization of products and infrastructure.
- Design and architect long-term technical solutions that deliver significant impact across the platform.
- Coach, mentor, hire, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
You should apply if you are:
- An experienced team leader (4+ years managing people)
- A seasoned software engineer with +10 years of industry experience.
- Strong technical background focusing on large-scale, cloud-based web applications.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (advantage).
- Experience with user-facing products (advantage).
- Holding a degree in computer science or a similar field (preferred).
- A passionate person for motivating, mentoring, and cultivating people.
