YOUR IMPACT:
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Gather and refine requirements from various stakeholders (Product Owner, design, marketing, analytics, support) by conducting interviews and clarifying needs.
- Translate business requests into clear, detailed technical tasks for the development team.
- Lead and facilitate grooming sessions to ensure requirements are well-defined.
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation: User Stories, Scope documents, Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), diagrams.
- Use BPMN 2.0, UML, and other modeling techniques to visualize and refine solutions.
- Actively manage the backlog and work hands-on with databases, Postman, and Swagger to validate and clarify technical details.
- Communicate clearly and promptly, build consensus among stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.
ABOUT YOU:
- 3 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst.
- Experience with Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven track record of creating project documentation and deliverables: diagrams, use cases, functional & non-functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria.
- Skilled in BA techniques and tools (BPMN 2.0, UML, etc.).
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and balance business needs with technical feasibility.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to listen actively and convey information accurately.
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience with large-scale B2C products.
- Practical experience with databases, Postman, Swagger.
- Strong expertise in the Discovery phase of projects.
- Experience in system analysis and close collaboration with development and QA teams to find optimal technical solutions.
