We might be a match if you…


  • Have at least 4 years of experience as an HR Administration Specialist, preferably in the IT industry (but we're open-minded folks and welcome experience from other industries too!) in a mid-sized company,
  • Possess knowledge about Polish labor law, social security laws, and other regulations relevant to civil-based contracts in the IT industry,
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in regulations concerning payroll, social security, labor law, and other regulations in the field,
  • Demonstrate organizational and analytical skills with an eagle eye for detail,
  • Are a team player and an excellent communicator,
  • Can navigate through Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets with closed eyes,
  • Are available to work from our office in Warsaw (but don't worry, you can work remotely up to 3 days a week - so you can still enjoy that sweatpants life)
  • Speak Polish at a native level and have proficient English skills (B2+ level), to easily navigate conversations,
  • Possess the ability to organize your work and time effectively, and take full ownership of the tasks you handle,
  • Extra points if you have experience with MacOs and Slack or HR tools like Personio.

What will you do?


  • You'll be responsible for keeping all HR documents in tip-top shape.
  • You'll serve as the go-to person for HR data management, ensuring everything is organized and accurate.
  • You'll manage personal files (B2B), ensuring they are up-to-date, signed, and securely stored.
  • You'll prepare and sign annexes to employee contracts as necessary.
  • You'll manage benefits and maintain communication with their providers.
  • You'll coordinate periodic medical assessments & health and safety trainings (BHP).
  • You'll provide support for employee-administration matters and assist the team every step of the way.
  • You'll stay updated on the latest law regulations and ensure everyone is well-informed.
  • You'll support other members of the Administration, People, and Leadership teams in all employee-related matters.
