About You


Deliver exceptional support for a dedicated portfolio of AppDirect partners/advisors, providing proactive solutions, managing quoting, deal registration, commission escalations, and serviceability checks. Leverage internal teams to strengthen relationships, ensure partner success, and drive sales growth by maximizing revenue opportunities.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of advisors and clients, managing requests, follow-ups, and providing consultative guidance to help them deliver the best solutions to their customers.
  • Qualify new opportunities by aligning customer needs with the right providers and solutions in the AppDirect catalog.
  • Recommend and quote relevant solutions across our provider portfolio; engage internal resources such as product specialists, sales engineers, or provider-specific teams when needed.
  • Navigate and understand the core offerings of key providers in the AppDirect ecosystem.
  • Create and manage accurate quote proposals tailored to the opportunity requirements.
  • Handle inbound inquiries related to orders, escalations, and updates by working closely with the Order Management team.
  • Resolve commission inquiries and escalations by partnering with the Advisor Finance team.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors within your assigned partner base.
  • Help advisors unlock the full value of their relationship with AppDirect by acting as a strategic advisor and long-term partner.
  • Review pricing, contracts, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission to advisors and providers.

What we’re looking for


  • Proven track record of success in customer success, account management, or program delivery, especially in fast-paced, enterprise-facing roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage through organizational complexity.
  • 3+ years of experience managing client relationships in the technology or telecom sectors.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for optimizing and refining customer engagement processes.
  • Solid business acumen, particularly in technology, subscriptions, and digital commerce.
  • Recognized for integrity, ownership, and high performance in managing enterprise-level partnerships.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and champion evolving value propositions, guiding partners through digital transformation.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace, and eCommerce/marketplace environments is a strong plus.
