INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE


Are you eager to start a rewarding career in technical sales? We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Process Control industry. No prior sales experience is required - just a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn! You will receive training to develop your sales expertise while supporting customers in selecting the right flow control solutions for their needs.The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing existing accounts and providing technical support to customers. 

Responsibilities:


  • Learn about our products, industry applications, and technical solutions. 
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, providing basic technical guidance and recommendations. 
  • Prepare and manage quotes for mechanical equipment, ensuring timely delivery & follow-up.
  • Support the sales team with quoting, order processing, and customer follow-ups. 
  • Build strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings. 
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to understand product specifications. 
  • Participate in ongoing sales and technical training to enhance your skills.
  • Utilize advanced ERP system to perform order entry, acknowledgement, status checking and expediting. 
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by developing strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
  • Provide technical support to customers by answering questions and providing solutions to their problems for Emerson flow control products such as control valves and regulators.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.

Qualifications:


  • Recent Bachelor's Degree
  • Desire to learn more about industrial or manufacturing process equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interest in sales and customer engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
