Role Overview:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data & Operations Admin to support data management, compliance, and product operations. This role involves coordinating applications for new data sets and APIs, maintaining compliance for existing API sources, and assisting the product team on feature releases and user research.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Work with brokerages and Multiple Listing Services to gain programmatic access to real estate data across the United States
  • Monitor and manage compliance requirements related to data usage, privacy, and regulations
  • Develop systems and processes to maintain detailed records and track statuses for various projects and compliance activities
  • Support the broader operations team on projects and tasks to ensure timely delivery of new features and data sets
  • Support QA and feature testing for new software features
  • Please note - this is an administrative/operational role, not an engineering or software role

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably within a technology startup or data-centric environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in data compliance, regulatory processes, or similar administrative roles is highly beneficial
  • Interest in AI-driven software or real estate technology preferred

Compensation:


  • Salary: $50 - $80K depending on experience
