In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of highly technical and experienced QA engineers.
- Mentor the dev teams - Implement quality assurance practices, methodologies, and test strategies.
- Oversee the automation infrastructure, from architecture to implementation.
- Integrate automated testing processes into the testing lifecycle.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop employees to cultivate a best-in-class quality organization.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience managing QA & Automation teams (managing at least 4 team members)
- 4+ years of experience as a QA engineer.
- Proven strong background in QA methodologies and tools - automation, networking, web protocols, databases, VM and cloud environments
- Proven experience with building and maintaining an automation framework from scratch
- Experience working with complex systems
- Strong technical skills: ability to deep dive into complex problems & find their root cause
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
