You are a data-driven operations expert who loves building systems that make sales teams unstoppable. You're the type of person who gets excited about automating manual processes, designing compensation plans that drive results, and turning messy data into actionable insights. You thrive on removing friction from the sales process and turning proven strategies into scalable systems.

What does the role look like?


As a Sales Operations specialist, you'll be the engine behind our sales team's success. You'll work closely with the Head of Partnerships and sales reps to optimize processes, manage data, and build the infrastructure that drives revenue growth.

  • Streamline the sales process using automations and workflows to remove inefficiencies and reduce administrative tasks
  • Manage and analyze sales data to create forecasts, measure rep performance, and assess headcount needs by segment 
  • Ensure CRM systems are used effectively and maintained accurately across all sales activities 
  • Assist in creating onboarding materials and turning proven strategies into documented processes 
  • Identify and eliminate points of revenue loss within the sales process

Your first 90 days will look like the following:


  • Within 30 days, you will have audited current sales processes and identified the top 5 automation opportunities 
  • Within 60 days, you will have implemented key workflow improvements and established accurate sales forecasting 
  • Within 90 days, you will have implemented process improvements that measurably increase sales efficiency and created comprehensive sales enablement documentation
