About The Role:
The Campus Recruitment Manager is a team player, energetic, and professional; and wants to play a major role in a campus strategy at one of the fastest-growing logistics companies in the country. The Campus Recruitment Manager will lead the development and implementation of a best-in-class campus recruiting program and will be accountable for managing all programs of the Campus Recruitment team. The focus of this role is to manage university relations and activities and meet the staffing goals for the business units of Spot.
Responsibilities:
- Implement/maintain programs to advance the firm's ability to attract top students
- Recruit directly for leadership, intern, and full-time candidates
- Maintain & communicate statistics, reports, and tracking of applicants
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System and ensure timely data management
- Build a diverse pipeline - Increase diversity across campus programs. Attend/leading national diversity conference(s)
- Develop and advance relationships with students, faculty, and career services at the strategic universities desired.
- Consult with Spot staff on all levels including BU leaders, local office recruiting executives, and school relationship managers
- Analyze and assess qualitative and quantitative data, recognize hiring and pipeline trends to inform strategy.
- Build external partnerships with diversity, student, and industry specific organizations as well as campus contacts
- Strong ability to track, build and maintain reports and communicate effective work summaries to leaders
- Develop new and innovative methods to differentiate Spot on campus, build brand recognition, sell, and improve acceptance ratios
- Attend and participate in on-campus events, interviews, etc.
Qualifications:
You are passionate about telling the Spot story and developing relationships with key campus constituents and students. You have a growth mind set, are process oriented, highly organized, and have prior experience with proven campus recruitment results.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 - 5 years of campus recruitment experience
- Prior leadership/management experience preferred
- Professional, positive, and mature attitude with good business acumen
- Excellent presentation, collaboration and communication skills
- Experience or familiarity with recruiting for highly technical and business positions depending on client needs. 50% travel during the peak campus recruiting period in the fall
