POSITION SUMMARY
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for cold fill Beverage Equipment. Strong background in troubleshooting and maintaining Fillers, Seamers, Cappers, Depalletizers, Shrink Tunnels, Date Code Printers, Shrink Sleeve Applicators, Case packers, Refrigeration Equipment, R/O Water Systems, High Pressure Boilers, Glycol Chiller Systems & Lines, and Automated Liquid Process Systems.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to safety/quality.
- Troubleshoot/maintain equipment (brewery, canning, bottling, building).
- Understand mechanical operations.
- Repair bearings, belts, sprockets, chains, gearboxes, compressed air, conveyor controls/devices.
- Perform conveyor lubrication/inspection.
- Repair hydraulic equipment.
- Execute Lock Out Tag Out.
- Repair R/O water systems.
- Install/repair PVC, copper, stainless, steel pipe systems.
- Troubleshoot/repair pumps/valves.
- Maintain clean work areas.
- Report quality/safety concerns.
- Log information accurately.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years in can/bottle production or equivalent.
- Knowledge of safe operation.
- Ability to multitask and adapt.
- Mechanical aptitude required.
- Works well independently and in a team.
- Performs under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Meets productivity standards; observes safety.
- Follows tasks to completion; adapts to change.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Manual dexterity.

- Repeats movements.
- Lifts 100 lbs.
Experience (Preferred):
- Maintenance: 2 years
- Plumbing: 1 year
- Welding: 1 year
- Manufacturing: 1 year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm
- Weekends, holidays, day/night shifts, on-call required.
- Occasional overtime required.
