About You:You’re detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You excel in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving operational puzzles, and bring a calm, proactive approach to problem-solving. Whether it’s tracking shipments, analyzing data, or collaborating with warehouses and vendors, you’re always on top of it. You’re a systems thinker who sees the big picture—and sweats the small stuff, too.

Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, ideally within a retail or eCommerce environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite and Shopify experience is a plus)
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills; able to interpret data and identify actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure

Responsibilities


  • Manage and track eCommerce, Retail, and Wholesale orders from multiple distribution centres
  • Maintain and troubleshoot data flows between ERP systems to ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity
  • Liaise with shipping carriers, 3PLs, and DC teams to resolve delivery or fulfillment issues
  • Support cross-border shipments, customs documentation, and compliance for Canada and the U.S.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor inventory movement and performance metrics
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline fulfillment and reduce errors
