Summary/Objective
The Marketing & Events Co-op plays a key role in driving the success of Security Risk Advisors’ external event schedule. This position is designed to provide critical support to the Marketing Lead and other members of the Amplify team, ensuring seamless event preparation, planning, and execution. The co-op will be responsible for coordinating all pre-event logistics, guaranteeing that the onsite team is equipped with everything needed to deliver impactful and engaging events. By contributing to the success of these initiatives, the co-op will help create new opportunities for SRA, strengthen brand visibility, and help achieve a strong ROI for each event.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management and marketing within a fast-paced and innovative cybersecurity environment.

Work Environment
This role is based in SRA's Rochester office. This job operates in a professional office environment, and all co-ops are expected to work in the office every day. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with 40 working hours expected weekly. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education and Experience
- In-progress or completed undergraduate degree in business, information technology, or cybersecurity.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Currently engaged in a formal business development training program or equivalent.
- A passion for technology and business development within strategic alliances.
- Effective teamwork capabilities coupled with the ability to manage independent responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to professional growth and development.
- Demonstrated passion for technology and business development.

- Experience or academic coursework related to business strategies, partner management, or customer relationship management systems.
