Ready to make a difference every shift? We’re hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses who don’t sit back and wait—they step up.This is hands-on work. You’ll be working directly with older adult residents, helping them live with dignity and comfort. This includes administering meds, assessing patient needs, updating care plans, and stepping in when something doesn’t look right. You’ll also be expected to lead by example—coaching CNAs, working with RNs, and being a go-to for your team.
What You’ll Do:
Give meds safely and track all the detailsMonitor patient conditions and update the teamDocument everything clearly and on timeRespond fast to changes in patient healthTalk to residents and families in a clear, respectful wayTrain new staff and mentor othersKeep patient areas clean, safe, and stockedHelp with unit staffing decisions when neededFollow protocols—and speak up when something seems off
What You’ll Need:
Active LVN license (California)
1+ year prior Residential Care Facility for the Elderly California LVN experience
CPR certifiedCleared TB test and fingerprint background checkStrong communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical roleThis role is for people who can think on their feet, stay calm under pressure, and care deeply about getting it right—for the patient and the team.
