You will be responsible for translating business and technical requirements into a strategic contract offering, ensuring that the solution delivered to customers aligns with the promised scope and delivers the promised value. You will support the customer in measuring that value, communicating it internally and building storytelling around it. In this role, you will work closely with functional and technical leaders at our customers as well as engineering, product, delivery and sales teams within Signal 1.This is a senior role that blends solution engineering, strategic selling, project delivery, KPI definition and measurement, value delivery, customer success and executive stakeholder management.
Successful candidates will have strong client management and communication skills, an ability to translate customers’ business objectives (whether financial, operational and/or clinical) into technology and service offerings, excellent project management skills, strong commercial acumen and an ability to work with cross-functional teams on both the customer and Signal 1 side. This role reports to the VP of Partnerships and Delivery.What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the business lead from Signal 1 for AIMS customers
- Leading the discovery and definition of the high-level business and technical requirements
- Partnering with sales, delivery and engineering to craft a contract and statement(s) of work that reflect a solution that delivers on the business and technical needs of the customer
- Overseeing customer AIMS implementations: ensuring timely delivery, managing key stakeholders, accelerating time-to-value, identifying early value points, and partnering with internal champions to highlight key wins
- Uncovering new opportunities for value delivery to customers and bringing these insights back to Signal 1’s product, engineering, sales and marketing teams
- Building and implementing an early customer success program
- Cultivating and maintaining trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders at US health system customers
- Collaborating with the VP of Partnerships and Delivery to develop repeatable and scalable processes and associated playbooks
What we’re looking for (must-have's)
- 4 - 7 years in US healthcare strategy or healthcare consulting (health provider exposure preferred) with experience in SaaS implementation and/or other technology implementation experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to engage C-suite executives (e.g., CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, COOs) and influence strategic decisions in complex healthcare environments
- Expertise in translating business needs into technology solutions, linking SaaS capabilities and associated workflows to measurable value and KPI
- Strong analytical and solutioning skills: Ability to diagnose operational gaps, design improvement initiatives, and measure outcomes in healthcare settings
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in fast-paced technology environments, driving on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Ability to produce and deliver client-ready materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, work plans, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, including presenting complex solutions, concepts & ideas to executive, technical and/or non-technical audiences
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity: you can identify opportunities in unstructured contexts, form clear strategies, and execute with minimal direction
- Willingness to travel to US health system customers ~2x/month
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
