Every year, $2.8B dollar worth of products (think EV batteries) go through UnitX AI inspection system to ensure quality.
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team supporting us in the next phase following our Series B. AI is completely changing the manufacturing industry and we are at the forefront of this change. This is a huge opportunity for personal growth and growth within UnitX as we continue to make an impact on this industry. You will report directly to the CEO in continuing our sales efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, selling UnitX’s industrial AI solutions to factory and manufacturing decision-makers
- Understand complex customer environments and use a consultative sales approach to identify pain points and show how UnitX delivers ROI
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads using a mix of outbound tactics, warm leads, and strategic follow-ups
- Work closely with technical and solutions teams to tailor demos and proposals to each customer’s specific use case and deployment needs
- Accurately forecast deals, track activities in HubSpot, and refine outreach strategies to hit and exceed quota
- Represent UnitX at industry events, trade shows, and on-site meetings to build credibility and develop strong customer relationships
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company by surfacing feature requests, deployment friction, or competitive insights that can improve our product and go-to-market strategy
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial or technical solution selling
- Excellent communicator who can build trust with both technical buyers and executive stakeholders
- Strong at outbound prospecting with a track record of breaking into cold accounts and starting real conversations
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficient in using HubSpot to manage pipeline, track outreach, and maintain accurate forecasting
- Proven history of exceeding quota and closing complex deals with multiple decision-makers and longer sales cycles
- Bonus if you have experience selling into manufacturing, industrial automation, or AI and ML-driven platforms
