We are seeking a talented and motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Maintain a well-organized and tidy office environment, ensuring all common areas are presentable and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel logistics for staff, including booking venues, flights, and accommodation.
- Manage and maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality and easy retrieval of all company documents.
- Assist with preparing and processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation in collaboration with the finance department.
What You Need
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency with office software and equipment (e.g., MS Office Suite, photocopiers, printers).
- A meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
