Core Responsibilities


  • Provide specialized knowledge for various processing equipment and systems to clients and team members.
  • Handle installation calls and emails, while programming terminals and Point-of-Sale Systems, ensuring seamless setup.
  • Execute installation and configuration of menus, hardware, and software for various POS Systems all over Oahu in-person, as well as neighboring islands remotely.
  • Train clients and various internal departments on new equipment, empowering them with the tools they need to operate successfully.
  • Streamline inventory duties for our Oahu office in collaboration with our inventory manager, including regular audits.
  • Research processing equipment and software compatibility with our services, finding innovative solutions for our clients.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for internal and external use, ensuring clear and concise information.
  • Collaborate with the team to cover different shift schedules, fostering a supportive and flexible work environment.
  • Travel around the island of Oahu for technical installations and service calls, bringing our expertise directly to our clients.
  • Manage and coordinate varying install schedules for the team, optimizing efficiency and client satisfaction.

Technical requirements


  • Must have access to a wired internet connection
  • Must have access to at least a 25 megabits per second (mbps) download and 20 mbps upload speed connection

The salary for this position is $80,000 - $85,000.
