We are backed by some of the best chefs in the world and have been featured in publications and shows such as the TODAY Show, NY Times, Fast Company, Business Insider, and more.As Project Manager, Packaging, you will lead packaging and non-stock projects from concept through launch—including channel-specific solutions for e-commerce, club, and traditional retail, as well as first-to-market designs for new products.

You’ll turn marketing and product needs into executable plans, coordinate suppliers and internal teams, and ensure every box, label, and display is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionBuild timelines, budgets, and identify risks for packaging projects; drive milestones from design approval to first production.Multi-Channel & New-Product DesignTranslate channel requirements (e-commerce ship-tests, club-pack formats, shelf impact, etc.) and new-product briefs into clear packaging specs and artwork workflows.Cross-Functional CoordinationServe as the hub between Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Sales and suppliers to align specifications, artwork, and launch dates.Supplier & Contract ManagementSupport sourcing, negotiate project-specific terms, track supplier KPIs (quality, OTIF, cost), and drive corrective actions.Cost & Sustainability OptimizationPartner with Packaging Engineering and Procurement to identify material alternatives, reduce waste, and meet cost-reduction and recyclability targets.Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure packaging meets regulatory, brand, and sustainability standards; coordinate testing, certifications, and documentation.Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Packaging Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years managing packaging or consumer-goods projects with proven on-time/on-budget delivery.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing methods, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Experience designing packaging for multiple channels (e-commerce, retail, club, etc.) and for new-product launches.
  • Proficiency with project-management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and ERP systems.
  • Solid grasp of cost modeling and basic procurement principles.
  • Exceptional organization, clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Ability and willingness to travel minimally for supplier visits and press checks.
