SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Sr. Product Owner to join our Business Platforms team. In this role, you will drive the development and optimization of billing, claims, and reimbursement software platform. This role ensures seamless integration with LIMS, RCM systems and Salesforce platform, to maximize revenue capture and reduce denials across the lab's revenue cycle.This role requires a customer-driven approach, strong product management skills, and the ability to work across teams to deliver exceptional results.
You will partner closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define and execute a clear product strategy that enhances usability, efficiency, and scalability.QUALIFICATIONS:· Education:o Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology healthcare informatics, or related field· Experience:o 10 or more years of experience as a product owner or product management experience, product development or equivalent combination in the health tech, Diagnostic Labs, or digital platforms.o Experience working with revenue cycle management like Quadax, Xifin, Infinx, Careviso or otherso Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with designers and engineers.
