About the role


We are seeking a Manager of Implementation Services to provide operational and functional leadership, focused on scaling our delivery capabilities, driving operational excellence, and developing the team. You will be responsible for leading a team of implementation professionals, while owning operational responsibilities crucial for day-to-day management of the Implementation Services team and strategic initiatives that are critical to our company's growth.This is a pivotal role for an experienced leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams, refining delivery methodologies to expedite customer time-to-value, and acting as a key point of accountability for both team success and strategic outcomes that drive LogicGate’s operational growth and maturity.

Core Responsibilities:


  • People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of direct reports. Drive all aspects of talent management, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career progression.
  • Operational Leadership: Lead and support team operational processes including pre-sale scoping and support, onboarding and enablement, team operations, AI innovation, capacity management, operational and executive level reporting, and partner operations. 
  • Strategic Initiative Ownership: Act as the accountable owner for key strategic initiatives tied to our operating goals. Independently drive these initiatives from conception to completion, building cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes that elevate our execution.
  • Delivery Methodology & Excellence: Maintain accountability for the continuous improvement of our delivery methodology. Develop and implement strategies and processes that improve quality, streamline operations, and accelerate customer time-to-value.
  • Escalation Management: Serve as a primary point of escalation for customers. Resolve complex issues for your delivery teams and partner with other members of Services senior leadership to manage and resolve enterprise-level escalations.
  • Functional Management: Focus on the operational and strategic leadership of your team and function, provide program-level support and strategic guidance for our most complex multi-application customers.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a key partner to sales, customer success, and product leadership. Ensure your team is aligned with broader company objectives and that you are providing critical feedback from the field to inform company strategy.

Requirements:


  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software professional services, consulting, or a related field. GRC industry experience is a strong plus.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Experience managing other people leaders is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience leading operational or strategic initiatives, with a history of being an accountable owner who drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management and a proven ability to resolve complex customer escalations with diplomacy and authority.
  • Deep understanding of professional services operations, including project scoping, resource management, and delivery methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to executive leadership.

The anticipated base salary range for the role is $110,000 - $135,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
