SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Sr. Product Owner to join our Business Platforms team. In this role, drives the consolidation of LIS reporting platforms into a single LIS system and help BG build a configurable reporting platform to deliver best-in-class clinical reports. Sr. Product Owner will be responsible for managing product backlog for the LIS reporting platforms and overall report productsThis role requires a customer-driven approach, strong product management skills, and the ability to work across teams to deliver exceptional results.
You will partner closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define and execute a clear product strategy that enhances usability, efficiency, and scalability.QUALIFICATIONS:· Education:o Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology healthcare informatics, or related field· Experience:o 10 or more years of experience as a product owner or product management experience, product development or equivalent combination in the health tech, Diagnostic Labs, or digital platforms.o Deep understanding of diagnostic workflows, reporting systems, and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).o Familiarity with diagnostic lab systems (e.g., LIS, LIMS), electronic health records (EHR), and clinical data integrationo Proven experience delivering digital products in regulated environments (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, CLIA)o Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with designers and engineers.
