About the Role

We're seeking a scrappy and strategic Marketing Manager who is excited to wear multiple hats on a lean team of two. You'll work closely with the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to execute high-impact, cross-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a measurable impact.Responsibilities
Event & Project Management
- Own the planning, coordination, and promotion of in-person conferences, webinars, and customer training events, collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success to align on goals and expectations.
- Serve as a professional and polished representative of the LineLeader brand in all engagements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering high-quality assets on time.
Creative & Content Production
- Develop copy and creative direction for inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, collaborating with our graphic design agency by providing clear guidance and ongoing feedback throughout the design process.
- Create and edit a variety of marketing content, including emails, blog posts, newsletters, collateral, presentations, and more.
- Build compelling LinkedIn newsletters to drive traffic and build brand awareness.
- Source and develop customer testimonials—both written and video—through platforms such as G2, Capterra, Software Advice, and customer interviews.
- Maintain and organize an internal content library to support sales enablement efforts.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage external partnerships for paid media campaigns across the US and Australia by identifying promotional priorities, developing campaign concepts, and ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines.
- Create the LineLeader social media calendar and oversee our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram by publishing engaging feed and story content, responding promptly and accurately to comments and messages, and actively interacting with key partners and customers
- Maintain a strong digital presence for the LineLeader brand by responding to customer reviews and keeping all digital profiles (social media, review sites, partner listings, etc.) accurate and up to date.
- Report on website traffic and engagement, as well as new contacts and customers, driven by organic social, paid publications, and blog roundups.

Requirements
- Located in Texas, Arizona, or Illinois
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferrably in a growth-oriented role
- Proven strength in project management and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment
- Hands-on experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and events
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
- Proficient in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Skilled at analyzing performance metrics, extracting actionable insights, and independently translating them into strategic recommendations.
- Bonus: Familiarity with database hygiene and content strategy
